To make it easy divide it throughout the day. I have school away from my home so i walk 5k steps in the morn 6k steps in the evening and the rest in lunch break
I avoid shortcuts and take long roads

Anon, u do realize that f⁴sting in Ramadan is a dry f⁴st and mere water breaks it. And so they do dry f⁴st from after suhur to maghrib they break it with water which is 0 kcals and they water f⁴st afterwards until tomorrow.

Yeah same . .
I will have water and bitter 0 kcals Americano at suhur and iftar and study at night and go to tutoring lessons in the day ( which means +10k steps)

30 kcals yogurt and 2 boiled eggs (160 kcals) and some dates ( ~340..? Kcals) i'm trying to get over the guilt by making up for it by f⁴sting until Tuesday
