I do not think fans realise how big this actually is. This is Brazil's biggest talent. Bigger than Endrick, Moscardo, Roque... forget them all. Estevão's ceiling is a future best winger on the planet. The heir to Neymar's throne.

This is the best finisher at the club. Off both feet? That level of shot power & placement? Wow. Needs serious work on his game IQ and emotional profile. He can't handle the level of pressure yet and his lack of confidence kills him.

I've spoke on Tyrique George before—the boy is very good. Unbelievable, ambidextrous ball striking. Turning radius is fantastic, keeps ball within shoulder span well in tight spaces—meaning he can play and receive between the lines, powerful carrier & has a top physical profile.

For development sake, Josh Acheampong would massively benefit starting at right-wing. He has proven he is a fantastic defender, no doubt about that—but get him used to playing in zones further up the pitch & improve his crossing.

Incredible player—already PL quality. Fantastic physical profile. Has the athleticism to defend large spaces and the footwork and IQ to defend small ones. Great box defender and aerially too. Technically he's just as good—top carrying, ball-playing and crossing.

Ishé Samuels-Smith is incredible for being 17. Would be a really good LCB/LB hybrid—like how Colwill has been used this season. So calm in possession, really good passing range, duelling in wide areas, decent in the air, very good physical profile (6'3", strong, quick, agile).

Really nice distribution of muscle mass across his body. Powerful quads and long legs allow him to be that effective over large distances, whilst also having the upper body strength to ride challenges well.

How good was Caicedo today? Give that guy his flowers. One of the only ones who can walk off that pitch with their head held high. What a midfielder.

Estêvão being physically underdeveloped at this stage may be a good thing long term. Currently, he is a little over-reliant on creating separation/playing in isolation. Once he is top physically, he will be able to ride contact with ease, whilst consistently creating separation.

Rio Ngumoha will be the next great attacker from Cobham. Plays so low to the ground, so compact—you can't knock him off the ball despite his size. Combine this with his already excellent body-to-ball coordination and you've got a future elite carrier.

Under Enzo Maresca, against some of the best RWs in the world, I would love to see Reece James deployed at as a LB/LCB hybrid in certain games. Has the ability to lock up literally any attacker, will be vital in these big games—especially with Enzo's heavy man-to-man approach.

Estevão Willian is the biggest talent coming out of Brazil. Reminiscent of a young Neymar Jr. Unreal manipulation—unstopable 1v1 threat, ambipedal ball-striking, low c.o.g so he can ride challenges despite a smaller stature, two way threat & works hard against the ball.

Mudryk is the quickest player on the planet that is best when he attacks space—he should be making as many runs in behind as humanly possible every game. All he needs is 2-3 to be moderately well-timed and he is in the situation where he most thrives; in space.

Against Burnley at home we can afford to start both Mudryk and Madueke. Not a low-block, so instantly it's their preferred type of game & then you add the qualitative factor of the Burnley side and its a no brainer. Also they're both starting to both build some confidence.

Cucurella and Chilwell both injured? This could be a blessing in disguise if it means that Ian Maatsen will finally get a chance in his actual position. At Burnley, he was tasked to do every role a left back could have. A LCB in possession, LCM in possession and holding width.

For what Maresca wants, sell Chilwell buy a Lukeba/Murillo/Calafiori/Hato, have them “fight it out” (all of them would prevail) with Cucurella for that LB/LCB hybrid spot. Keep Cucurella for 1-2 more years, then sell him and promote Ishé Samuels-Smith.

Formations mean almost nothing in the modern era. We could play a 6-3-1 but it won't make us good defensively at all. 3-4-3 that everyone is raving about won't suddenly make us a good team. Its all about coaching.
