There were definitely some objectionable statements by Tacopina during closing but Lewin didn’t object to them lol. Crying about it now does nothing; jury’s gone lol
Watch the back and forth that happened when the jury left the room in the #asaprockytrial. Lewin not happy. Judge not happy. Tacopina not happy. It's a long clip but worth the watch.

@kristaocon @beverlynorvill1 I wouldn't call that impeachment, I had to go back and listen 4 times to hear Rocky, and Levin's questions left too much room for interpretation - but even if he did, there's no comparing Relli to any other witness - he was undeniably trash as a witness.

Here's the thing, the prop gun defense isn't great, but Relli' credibility makes it possible, which I think is enough for reasonable doubt... #asaprockytrial

I knew that was coming…and it’s a great point but idk if it overcomes Relli’s credibility.
Here we go! Przelomiec now going into why there were NO shell casings from the prop gun seeing as how the prop gun ejects shell casings just like a real semi-automatic. "If the police were as thorough as they are saying they would have found the prop shell casings"
