The wildest part about this is the fact that Hylton read through the “factual basis” regarding Shymel Drinks’ m*rder KNOWING full well Nichols REJECTED the pleas that Included anything from that charge…. It’s giving Sledge flashbacks….
A little insight into Nichols’ plea negotiations via his wife . Crazy to see how much time the state as offering at first and how much his lawyers got it down! He also could have immediately went home if he agreed to testify against the defendant but refused.
