@Dylan_OFlynn @CaitrionaLee The width and vegetation along the bank of the river has changed significantly. I can remember catching cray fish in Rye years ago that's how clean it was, not any more though.

@Dylan_OFlynn In fairness the the big complex on top are hardly that stupid. They do manage the ecosystem adjacent to their land to a high standard. The pipe has been flowing for years, never a kill like this. Should the council have old drawings of surface water run off drainage in the area?
