Before you post “the town is gone” get facts. Sulphur is heavily damaged, but most of the town is ok. Damage started from the park thru downtown to the NE. Widest I found was 4 blocks wide. First light will show more. 17 hours on the road I am home. Much needed sleep! Pray for

Omg…. Alll UAV have successfully deployed with all data successfully stored during flight. the video from inside the tornado is incredible! And collected data! But all 3 UAV’s! Wing did not survive but data was collected during all of flight until the tornado tore it apart! This

Lots of talk about the lack of warning in Perryton. This was one of the fastest evolving tornadoes I’ve seen. Went from elevated supercell to tornado in 11 minutes. Volume scans take 4-6. Here are some screenshots with time stamps on just how fast it evolved. Information was

New observation found with the wing, flight level at 100 to 200 AGL, the inflow was well about 80 mph, if not well above 100MPH. The wing was attempting to fly out of danger when it was hit by a vortex or a satellite, producing a big time pressure drop. So much data coming in. We
