これはちょっと誤解を招くヘッドラインですね。リップルの技術を使って商用利用している銀行は既に他にいくつもありますが(既に発表されている通り)、複数の国の自行のリテール顧客に対して一度に国際送金サービスを開始するのはサンタンデール銀行が第1号、という意味です。
