This is one of my favorite segments in ages! It’s right at the beginning of the pod so even just listen for the first five minutes! It’s worth it.
"In some ways it’s bigger than us!” Daylight Studio, a learning disability charity all about music, is deciding how to spend its royalties after Snoop Dogg sampled their track, Watermelon Fantasy

Great Terry. I have to use USB headphones now and the sound often comes out of the phone even when the headphones are in which can be stressful. Bluetooth is too fiddly.
One day I will write something about why people no longer use headphones in public. My theory is connected to the demise of the headphone jack… when I am PM it will be illegal 👑

@zsk That’s a brilliant theory. I always use wired headphones. Bluetooth are just too fiddly and annoying.

This is really sad news! Lisa was intelligent, unafraid, kept me on my toes! Also funny and Helpful to other disable people. I hope her cat is being looked after.
For those still here but not FB I am sorry to share the news that Lisa Egan, stalwart of the disability rights movement, has died. Lisa was an excellent campaigner and helped many young disabled people change their lives by understanding the social model Rest in power @lisybabe
