When I’m in Vegas and see a handsome guy I often ask if I can take a picture with them..sometimes at the pool I’ll buy them a drink..I’m 71 and it doesn’t matter how old they are..usually they’re kind about it.. I just do it for fun and it makes my friends back home wonder 🤷♀️😊

I don’t go out as much as I used to or have as many people over to visit/lunch/dinner…I do have a bar where I know everyone and I go there once a week..I have gone to Vegas in June and August to celebrate my 70th birthday..content staying home with my 3 dogs and 4 cats 🤷♀️😊🤷♀️

I had a cat that lived to 20…why do their kidneys stop functioning? Seems to be a prevalent issue.. I took my cat to Purdue University’s Veterinary School..she was having seizures..she lived another year with special food ❤️

My Dad was a gunner/radio guy on a B17 that was shot down over Germany after 18 missions and spent 18 months in a Prisoner War Camp Stalag 17…he was amazing ❤️

My sweet boy, Harley, had to go to the vet today. I thought it was just his anal glands but it’s a tumor..going to a specialist this week..because of his age,14, going under can be dangerous..we’ll see what they say..hopefully they can help him recover 😢💔😢

I think he’s right about not being able to work your way to the top,my Dad went from being a school custodian to Assistant Director of Building Operations in one of the largest school systems in the State,not sure that could happen today,people have it tough with student loans 🤔

Just saw a big guy beat his dog with a broom several times until he was yelping..his other dog was barking at him..he was on his elevated deck.he was across the retention pond in another section so I drove around found his house and reported his ass to the police. I hate abusers

I have a nephew that isn’t vaccinated.. I just told his wife I couldn’t be around him and it breaks my heart 💔 He said he would get it once the FDA approved it but that hasn’t happened. His Mom died 2 years ago..I don’t know what to do 🙁

I was a victim of an attempted carjacking today in broad daylight,I was in my car in the garage, he pounded on my window, had a gun,pulled me out, I was screaming the whole time,I was still on the floor opened the door and grabbed onto his leg,he hit me 3 times in the head

I drank 8 Long Islands for my 39th birthday…I’m 71 now…my sister drove me home, I woke up in the morning and I was naked.. I yelled out to her, “Why I’m I naked? Did I sleep with somebody?…she yelled back, “No you just threw up 🤮 on yourself” What a great night 😂🎂😂😂😂

I was a Principal in a challenging area I had 450 suspensions the 1st year, we had a ratio 80% Black, 20% White,they weren’t accountable for their choices but with programs and counseling we lowered it to 50..establishing a connection/relationship is crucial plus I loved them ❤️

I attended a calling for a deal friend today whose cause of death was Covid. He was a wonderful man,almost married 50 years to his wonderful wife. We don’t understand the long term effects of Covid but it is still killing people. They are so compromised, the infection wins 🤬

Alright, my Lily has a serious hotspot on her leg. She does suffer from seasonal allergies but her leg has gotten worse.. I do use Apoquel but what do I use on her hotspot? What has worked for your dogs?

Enjoy my 71st birthday today…my Mom died when I was 29..she always made my birthdays special and so from then on I make sure I celebrate me…laying out this morning..later celebrating at my favorite bar ❤️😎❤️

I always walked home for lunch, one day for some reason I couldn’t. I had to work in the cafeteria for them to give me a lunch…it was humiliating 😢 Even some of the teachers made fun of me.. I believe everyone should have a free breakfast and lunch

I was very sick, went to the ER ( I have been vaccinated)didn’t have Covid and even though I didn’t have it I would have benefited from at least a day getting fluids replenished.. I have never been discharged so fast..spent the next next 10 days in bed..🤷♀️

I want Katie Porter to present a study on how much money people in Congress made when they first started serving compared to what they are worth now 🤷♀️ They all seem to get much wealthier as they go along..I am sure some of it is trading stocks and most are wealthy to begin with

You said you had been a teacher..were you a special needs teacher? I was for 23 years before becoming a Principal. I think special children are being short changed. Inclusion is working for some students but many are only getting an hour a day with a specialist. They need more

As a Principal I confiscated several pairs of handcuffs…I always told the child to make sure their parents knew I had them and if they wanted them back they would need to come into my office..no one ever came and got them 😂😂

Indiana hasn’t prioritized teachers yet but hopefully with Biden’s statement our governor will implement shots for all teachers and staff. We have lost several teachers due to Covid. I am retired and would like to sub but won’t until every one is vaccinated

Today is my 69th birthday. My parents lived in the country and my Mom was mad at my Daddy, so she didn’t tell him she was in labor. I was born 20 minutes after they got to the hospital 😊 Miss them both, they have been gone 40 and 34 yrs.. I will celebrate my life with friends😎

I have lost all patience with people that won’t get vaccinated. One of my friends is in the hospital right now with Covid…he has been vaccinated but has several others conditions that make it very dangerous..thank god they had room for him. Vaccinated people should be served 1st

I got my second shot 9 days ago and today I had pain in both my arms, muscle pain, severe chills for 4 hours, ringing in my ears,headache, and of course diarrhea...has anyone else had this reaction 9 days after the shot? 🤷♀️

Usually 7/8…I’m retired so actually I can sleep as much as I want 😊…also sometimes I fall asleep in my recliner, which I used to make fun of my Mom and Dad when they did it 🤷♀️

I never made it to the adult table.. I had three married sisters back then and they got to sit at the table with Mom and Dad.. I did have a lot of fun at the kids’ table though 😊🦃

I was a teacher/Principal for 36 years..that student would have been recommended for expulsion.. I didn’t stand for that shit..but now teachers have to put up with a lot..without support from administrators..that teacher was scared 😟

I see people and pets that aren’t there frequently…they say it’s an early sign of dementia 🤷♀️..which is in my future because after I was attacked I had to have my head scanned and they said my brain was shrinking and blood vessels were narrow🤷♀️

They had trouble finding a good vein on my sister, finally they got the guy with the ultrasound machine and he found one very quickly…don’t know why they don’t use that method all the time..she was bruised all over 🤷♀️

Just did that..very hard to do but with a fire stick and a good antenna you can get more channels than you can watch…saving about 50%..and I had Cable for 22 years 🤷♀️

I was a special education teacher for 23 years and was always very protective of my students. I worked to build up their self-esteem and helped them treat others with kindness and respect. If someone was disrespectful/mean to them I took them to task 🤬

If banning books is allowed to happen we are lost..as a former teacher and Principal serving students in an inner city setting it is imperative that we include the good, bad and ugly. We need to protect our teachers who are doing the right thing..the teachers I know will ❤️
