Sinn Fein leading the way in establishing a society where perpetrators on all sides, not victims, take precedence, and reconciliation means having to accept the rule of law didn’t mean anything for 30 years when actually that’s what people wanted more than anything else.

Strong words here from Pauw & I don’t doubt her sincerity. But we have a problem if 25 yrs after GFA people think it’s ok to chant this- high emotion or not. Might be worth meeting likes of @WAVETrauma to understand just how much this hurts

To break backlogs in mental health,we have to break down the barriers to getting psychologists onto the frontline. €1.5m would address the inequitable funding trainee psychologists face in trying to qualify, which takes 11 yrs!.@MaryButlerTD . Full clip:.

I supported Breege Quinn today as she met with the Garda Commissioner about the investigation into her sons murder - progress is being made after 14 yrs. This mother is relying on a criminal investigation to get the truth. Other families should not be deprived of that #noamnesty

Delighted @LeoVaradkar is conducting a National Remote Work Consultation. I want transformative change. Remote has to change companies & communities. Suburban & Rural Coworking spaces can give collaboration & social interaction people need. An Ecosystem around remote is essential.
In one of her first sessions in the Seanad, @emer_currie1 referenced the impact of remote work for the communties who need support most, and key actions we could take to enable that inc. a taskforce for companies, a national campaign, and changes to the e-work credit. 🙌🙌🙌🙌

Nice to be named “one to watch” in 2020 by the #indo, especially with a nod to the growing #flexiblework revolution. We’ve achieved much in 2019, me thinks 2020 will be the game changer - still a whole lot of people out there that don’t know about it yet #FlexAppeal

Well said @Fergusodowd .The families of the Disappeared still long to bring their loved ones home. They have endured “a 46 year wake”. Something could be done by those who say they stand up for victims.
Hard to listen to Sinn Féin debating on legacy issues while the families of "The Disappeared" still seek peace and closure .#legacy #northernireland #noamnesty

Here it is! And released on my birthday too. When I was asked to do a TedTalk in Stormont of all places, there was only one thing I could talk about…a man who changed it forever.
Senator @emer_currie1 talks about her late father Austin Currie’s leading role in #NICivilRights movement, his legacy as a ‘responsible radical’ and peace-builder, and what that means to her as a politician and parent. My Dad, the Responsible Radical 👉

Local club @CastleknockGAA wants to help people in our community, but it’s hard to get the message out if you can’t leaflet drop or knock on doors. Can you spread the word by call/text/WhatsApp/social media, that their help is available in the #Carpenterstown #castleknock area?

This is the kind of visual I called for to be featured on the Covid app so people can check it on their phones when they aren’t sure what the guidelines are. Can we put something like this on a tab on the app? @DonnellyStephen @HSELive @LeoVaradkar @IrishTimes @CarrollJennifer
This might seem like a small thing but it could make a big difference. Easy access to the guidelines through an infographic on the Covid app.

I support this campaign from @PsychSocIreland & @TheUSI.in helping us achieve the psychological workforce we need. Psychologists can study & train for 11 yrs overall. the funding available for trainees should be equitable whether in clinical, counselling or educational strands.
The PSI and @TheUSI are calling on the Government to address the disparity in funding for psychology trainees in Ireland, and ensure the country has the psychological workforce it needs. See to read the statement in full. #MyPSI
