@AngryBlackLady If you've not already thought about it, I'd strongly consider therapy before/during/after. I'm adopted & sought info on my birth parents when I was 19. I found out some really traumatic stuff I wasn't prepared for & it wasn't handled very well by the adoption agency. Good luck x.
