BAFFLING how Wales is sometimes completely unknown outside of the UK. I went to several bookshops with Celtic history sections that had Ire, Scot and Eng but NO sign of Wales. 90% of people I meet have NO idea it's a country. So now, it's my job to make it known, through film!

Threads (1984 film) is absolute perfection.
A true Horror movie that builds dread better than 99% of movies I've ever seen.
Truly chilling, realistic, and disturbing. I SWEAR that the North of England produced some of the best and original movies of all time.

I’ve been released! The lung healed and no signs of damage, air pockets or any issues.
Have to take it easy for the next 2 weeks in case it happens again. If it does I just get the simple surgery to fix it forever.

Honestly shocked that the TV show:
Utopia (2013) isnt discussed.
One of the most bold, groundbreaking and dark shows going. It truly stands above most British television but rarely gets mentioned. Some of the best cinematography on TV and NEVER holds back.

I’ve done all sorts of training. From 5k/10k distance training at Villanova to middle distance 4/800m training at Academy of Art and with my Irish and Welsh coaches.
With that, I can safely say: Pure Speed training is the hardest by far. No joke, I’m terrified of the next rep.
