@VascEd @RouleauxClub @VSGBI @BSETnews @AndrewNickinson I think it depends on your definition of ready as well. I’m keen not to feel wholly out of my depth in the first year and not routinely have dual consultant operating for eg. open AAA. If your threshold is lower more will be ready!
