I will say that I pay about 0.2% property taxes in Vancouver, which is less than I pay on my Gold ETF.
Can I suggest we raise property taxes and reduce income taxes? And transfer up rather than transfer down?
Think about that for a bit.

In your credit and debit cards, send a PUSH NOTIFICATION every time you are charged. You should not wait on monthly statements, every charge should alert you, so it's an individual thing to consider and take action on if needed. I've also switched to Apple Card such a good GUI.

We travelled everywhere in Copenhagen and beyond (to Louisiana museum!) by bike & train. Not one car (including with luggage expertly tied down with an old tire tube 😂). It was amazing how effortless it was to travel many, many kilometres a day - everyone does it! ❤️🚴♀️🇩🇰
