It's one paifull experience to watch. This documentary is about atrocities and war crimes that russians committen in besieged city of Mariupol. Russians bombed, leveled to ground, killed thousands of people in this city just because they can. It's available to watch in USA only

@StuckieLromigon @matylda_art Мій досвід з цим же діагнозом: не забувать пить еутірокс, раз на півроку - рік пересдавати аналізи на гормони щитоподібної шоб тримати їх в межах норми. І сподіваюсь у вас покращиться самопочуття, бо як раз знесиленя і певні депресивні проблеми можуть бути пов'язані з АІТом.
