Relationship between math knowledge and economic growth. Math knowledge was most negatively impacted by Covid school closures.
We begin by reviewing links between education & economic growth and summarize the microeconomic evidence underlying these links. We present updated analyses extending work by Hanushek & @Woessmann as well as @angrist_noam to show aggregate skills predict future GDP growth.
