Ms Nicole Ayo, a student from United World College in Tanzania visited Educate An Orphan offices today Educate An Orphan we had the pleasure of receiving inspiring visitors at our offices today, Ms Nicole Ayo, a student from United World College in Tanzania, in class M5 (equivalent to S.4 of Uganda). At school, while other students choose other projects, she choose the book drive project. Driven by her passion for reading and wanted to share her passion and love for books or reading with other kids, Ms Nicole collected over 152 books from different people through placing bins at different areas. People and fellow students could drop books already used and no longer needed, those that they read already and those they wanted to donated. 127 of which she generously donated to Educate An Orphan. Among these are 56 academic books, 51 storybooks, 10 activity books, and even a dictionary. With 25 books requiring some minor repairs, they’ll soon be ready to be shared when ready. Nicole was joined by her siblings Anzoa Michelle (S.3) and Kenyi Malcom (P.7 Vacation) and their Auntie Ms. Nyakuru Rehema. They were delighted to learn about Educate An Orphan and promised to return on board next time with more scholarly materials. Educate An Orphan Touching lives Transparently
