Something we discovered with a lot of trial and error:
The less "processed" the bar, the better it tasted...
- lower heat
- lower mixing speed
- less mixing overall
Our process is ultra simple
1. Mix ingredients
2. Form into bars
3. Wrap bars

Food manufacturing is scary in that companies can legally use ingredients without labeling them so long as it's a "processing aid."
This includes lubricant gels, propellants, and more.
We use 100% grass-fed beef tallow on our machinery if we need it.
