Today the @PGATOUR surprised our Director of Agronomy, @rkepplegcs, with the Tournament Agronomy Award in recognition of providing 20 years of “optimal playing conditions” at the @playofffinale. Ralph has been at East Lake for all 20 tournaments, going back to 1998. 👏

We are excited to announce the retention of @GreenGCA of A.H. Green Design to develop a master plan for the renovation of the golf course and practice facilities. Work is set to begin in 2023 after the TOUR Championship.

Our golf course is 110 years old today. Though greats such as Donald Ross, George Cobb, and Rees Jones have all made changes since, on this day in 1908, 18 holes of golf were played at East Lake for the very first time.

At age 16, @BladesBrown2026 broke a 103 year old record held by Bobby Jones, becoming the youngest medalist in US Amateur history. Today he got a chance to tour East Lake's Clubhouse and take in some of Jones' storied impact on the game of golf.

For the first time, the @playofffinale field includes two of our past @eastlakecup men’s individual champions. Scottie Scheffler claimed the title in 2016 and Viktor Hovland won in 2018 (with an ace on No. 11.) 🏆🏆
