One has a couple and the other has a family of eight or ten,not that rare in certain cultures,yet they pay the same amount of council tax. That’s why I believe it should be a poll tax.

@maintenancemanx @Jenny_1884 A 32 bed mansion example is a pretty wild extreme don’t you think. Two adults and two kids produce very similar waste and use the same services whether they live in a 4 bed detached or 2/3 bed terrace. One family should not have to pay more just because their house is worth more.
