0-600 kcal a day, i didn't pay attention to macros but i ate mainly fruit, vegetables and chicken breast. I went on walks every day (did about 5-10k steps ik it's not much but i find walking really boring) and i did some youtube workouts, lost like 10 kg in about 6/7 weeks

Anorexia is a mental disorder, not physical. I was in recovery for 3 years (i ate like 1500-2000 kcal daily) and for the whole time i did have anorexia, because my thinking was still disordered as fuck. How much you eat doesn't change anything if your thinking is still anorexic

Isn't ed about the way of loosing weight/the way of thinking about food, not the weight u wanna be? I now have a low ugw but when my ed started (i was 11) i just wanted to look average, that doesn't change the fact that i starved and overexercised like crazy
