When it comes to texture, it truly depends on how long you drain it but it can go from regular Greek yogurt to super dry like in the viral vids. I personally don't like it super dry on its own, it feels very chalky, sticks to the roof of your mouth it's not nice :( HOWEVERRRRRRR

Super dry works really well if you wanna add mix-ins like fruits or sf jams, that tend to make yogurt super watery.

You can also use coffee filters or even regular cotton cloth (clean, obviously) like old bed sheets cut up in smaller pieces. I personally use a reusable coffee filter that I place on an empty jar and I line it with paper coffee filters for easy clean up :)

I usually do this before I start cooking dinner and by the end of my meal, I have super duper dry yogurt I can mix with frozen fruits :D
If your yogurt is too dry to your liking, you can mix some of the drip liquid back in.
Also, you can drain it with mix INS already in it !
