Senator John Kennedy wants people on Medicaid to "get off your ass" and get jobs. Some of the most common disabilities among Medicaid recipients are: Down syndrome, cerebral palsy, multiple sclerosis, spinal cord injuries, schizophrenia, major depressive disorder, epilepsy, Parkinson’s disease, traumatic brain injuries. Last time I checked, MAGA was screeching about federal initiatives to give people with these conditions jobs.

Elon Musk, the richest guy in the world, is going after USAID, which feeds the poorest people in the world. Next, he’ll go after the programs that impact you: Medicaid, Medicare, community health centers, Pell Grants, affordable housing. We can stop him.
