@Elica_India Hi @Elica_India, CRM#MHE244707068 this was raised yesterday and it was approved to get alternate stove provided till you get the new glass replaced, but there isn't any update from your service team. It's been only 13 days since I have purchased and have faced this issue.

@AmazonHelp There is no assistance regarding urgency from the brand, I even contacted their customer support but didn't get any response from their escalation manager yet.@Elica_India

@AmazonHelp The replacement of glass was provided by @Elica_India team which will take upto 4 days, even though I am staying in the city where their main office location is situated.
