In a patients with Heart Failure Reduced Ejection (HFrEF) should we start ARB instead of ACEi? After reviewing trials; I believe the correct thing to do is to start ARB ONLY if the goal ARNi or if ACEi allergy. Otherwise ACEi.🫀 Thoughts? #CardioEd #CardioTwitter @JenCookMD
