It is totally OK to NOT do a fellowship and practice general PMR. I promise you will be highly satisfied and successful. I have talked to many who feel as though they must do fellowships. General PMR still exists. Follow your gut. Know your end game. Trust me!

Really hope med students get to do more than 1 audition rotation. They’re vaccinated. Programs need to look at them but students also need to see programs. Programs get to see multiple candidates. Students shouldn’t be limited. Not fair to them.

The amount of people wanting to rotate with me is mind boggling at times. Today Deana organized all requests. I could not do it without her. My only office manager for the past 20 years! She’s the best ever and I’ll be forever grateful to her for all she has done for my career!

Residencies and medical schools have GOT to do a better job of teaching our young docs the business side of medicine. DOCS should lead the way in fixing this broken system. Docs need to control their destiny, not politicians and suits&ties. We can't fix what we don't understand.

The business side of medicine is not taught properly if at all to our medical students and residents. Year after year I hear them wanting more and frustrated with the lack of education on this front. It’s a shame. Needs to be better. MUCH BETTER!

While I am on this tangent Medical Students did a great job in helping vaccinate their respective communities. Schools had no issue putting them out there. Now they themselves are vaccinated. Residencies need to open up and allow them to do more than 1 audition rotation.

The insurance peer to peer process is RIDICULOUS! Why do I have to argue to get a patient a prosthesis when they have been using a prosthesis for years? And then you have to try to find a time around THEIR schedule as though you aren’t busy enough caring for patients! INSANE!
