Not necessarily. I heard there was a cafe called Stupid Starbucks that made similar, if not the same, drinks as Starbucks with the word, Stupid, in front of everything (Example: Stupid Caramel Macchiato). Supposedly, Starbucks sued and lost because it was legally a parody.

I’m pretty sure Kishimoto confirmed that either at the end of Naruto, during The Last: Naruto the Movie, or during the fight with Momoshiki (I forget which), Naruto and Sasuke were as strong as Goku and Vegeta during the Saiyan Saga.

I understand why they’re confused. It’s because the rebirth comes from the fact that the Tailed Beast chakra doesn’t disappear upon a Tailed Beast’s death, resulting in it being reformed into a new Tailed Beast. Baryon Mode burned away that chakra so that Kurama could not be

If anything, the Echidna lore presented in the movie is closer to the backstory of Sonic Adventure, which itself is an expansion of what was presented in Sonic 3 & Knuckles. Regardless, you can’t copyright an idea. Example: After 9/11 many people made songs about America.

Not necessarily. They could fall for Gwen before realizing who they are and what their preferences are. There could be plenty of instances of falling for Gwen while exploring one’s identity, but that would require them to no longer be interested after realizing.

The idea to do that can’t be copyrighted. Only the resulting song. Same thing applies here. Anyone with the Sonic license is free to create a backstory for Knuckles based on the idea of tribes, warriors, magic, etc. Those ideas aren’t copyrighted. Also, you used dingos, not owls.
