Momentus day for @nnuh maternity. @CQCProf recognised significant improvements to upgrade our rating to GOOD from requires improvement. This reflects a culture shift across the whole team, their hard work over these last difficult years is recognised, as Chief I am #proud

@oxytocinmagic I don’t know how widespread this is, certainly not the case in Norfolk. We have a specialist team within perinatal mental health team who focus on those with trauma/loss including removed babies and those with stillbirth/neonatal death. Didn’t realise that wasn’t the norm.

Some of my hardest professional times as an Obstetrician without an available Bengali/Sylheti interpreter. What a hero this GP is 😍
This superhero is a retired GP in Limehouse East London I’m in tears because she’s saying she learned Bengali in the 80’s to understand her patients because there were no interpreters 😭 This is British pride 🇬🇧 she should be a household name 😭❤️
