The parents of a 24 week-old baby have helped design a booklet to increase breast feeding rates for babies cared for on NICU. It aims to increase the rate of mothers of babies admitted to NICU expressing breast milk as soon as possible after birth.

Bria, one of our Pets As Therapy dogs, is retiring after volunteering at the hospital with her human Chris, since 2023. Bria (pictured right) came to the UK at 6.5 years old as a Romanian rescue. She's spent over 200 hours visiting staff and patients alike around the hospital.
