Since Eid is now finally over, let's talk about how MTCC/Maldivians treated expats at their ferry terminals on Eid Day.
They had the expats wait in a separate queue, held them back for over an hour just to give seats for Maldivians. Most of them are Muslims, it's their Eid too.

I just found out that the owner of Thambi shop (where I used to buy most of my drinks during break times when I was at school) died last week. It's one of the few shops that still got the old kanmathee fihaara feel from the 90s. May god bless his soul!
