While early childhood trauma is real and does have an effect, no complex psychological trait can be completely reduced to "that one thing that happened to you in your childhood". That's just bullshit. That's a victim mindset on steroids and is so insultingly disempowering.

For anyone who doesn't know- One Health is the idea that human health, animal health, & environmental health are all connected. (And, like, we are.) ;) If one is out of balance—like a disease spreading in animals or pollution affecting ecosystems—it can impact the others. (Good pick.)
