@ryleyphysiothe1 @TheHipPhysio @jachahla Typically it’s a combination of physical tests (fadir ,faber) imaging (mri, xray), and injections. The injection can typically be a numbing agent they inject directly into the joint. If this provides relief then they can be fairly certain the pain is from the joint/labrum.

@JohnSigmon Yeah they did the diagnostic numbing of the joint for research purposes which gave me relief for about 4 hours it was glorious.
