@Scientific_Bird The biggest cause of Swedes not living to 120 is that our record keeping has been immaculate since the 1600s. We were a country with a small population but big military ambitions, and so the kings needed to know exactly how many men they could take from each county.

@Lauramaywendel You make a very good point, traditional corporate structures often don’t include enough trust to allow for this kind of work And it’s hard for managers to know who’s taking the long way to a 10x solution, who simply sucks at time management, and who just isn’t performing

@manoj_ahi I also got bit by this one, back when I was a student. I can't trust a company with such a user-hostile pricing model. And no, I'm not going to read the fine print on a software subscription, I have better things to do - I'll just never buy from Adobe again.

@ablm_pt @ctjlewis Average age of the closed nuclear plants was 22, most plants are built with at least a 40 year planned lifespan and many can be refurbished to last 60 years. Simply letting them age out and not building new ones would have been the more reasonable policy.

@10x_er I was stunned when I saw the valuations of some of these OpenAI wrappers. "It's got no moat" - there's no capital expenditure to recoup, as most of these apps could be built in a few weeks. It's all profit as long as you can get the unit economics to work.

I built a SaaS in a week #buildinpublic May 2nd, I saw a tweet asking for this product. I figured I'd build it. Now, May 8th, it's ready. This is the power of small bets. 80% of the code is copy-paste from my other projects. Now, the hard part: distribution. Any tips?
