For me, becoming a senior software engineer was in big parts due to working in a team and learning how to work with others.
Exchange ideas, teach others, etc.
You're not a senior just because you've written the same code over and over again in your basement. :)

The fresh IP can literally be the problem.
It needs to be warmed up first.
Gradually sending more emails.
If you start with a new IP and send 100k emails right away, it'll just get blocked.
