I need to stop saying “it’s fine” when people tell me they are sorry to hear about my loss. It’s obviously not fine. But I’ve made peace with a lot of things spiritually and psychologically. I just don’t know how to process it emotionally and bodily yet. So I just have to wait until it comes.

This couple sang “Stay” so beautifully by Rihanna at karaoke yesterday and it catapulted me into a thousand places. The husband took the lead and his wife harmonised and it felt so…. Real. I got lost for a few minutes until my friends had to snap me back out of it. Music speaks
