It’s about time we had a digital/electronic departure and arrival card. Effective April 15th 2023. This applies to all inbound & outbound passengers traveling by boat or plane. Does NOT apply to purely domestic/local travelers.

I was part of the team that negotiated this bilateral labor agreement (BLA) w/ Israel in order to spare our OFWs from exorbitant fees. I’m sure DMW Sec @susanople will do something to stop the circumvention of the BLA by unscrupulous recruiters.
