Paying for ambulances? When my daughter was born in our car, she and my wife were both transported to the hospital by ambulance. Our insurance denied the ambulance bill twice. 1st it wasn’t an emergency, then it was out of network. Had to fight both to get it covered.

2 years ago today I had my last drink. Some days are easier than others but overall I’m healthier, happier and stronger both mentally and physically.
I’ve lost 60 pounds, I exercise regularly, I sleep better, I actually remember things and I’m in a much better place.

If you’d have asked me five years ago whether I’d be alive today I would have guessed no. But here I am 5 on the eve if 5 years sober and feeling blessed that I made it another day.

Perhaps the best thing I’ve learned in

I didn’t do either of those things and still lost 70 pounds. I used the unproven method of lowering my calorie intake to 1900 calories daily and exercising for 180 minutes a week.
