@Asiritrauma1 If you are not ready, resources won't matter. In minds we can't decide what we will do. Situational awareness is a hard skill to acquire, even for surgeons. There are two type gr 5, one shattered but no bleeding, wait and watch. Other bleeding freely, take it out ASAP.
