If you can remember back to 2020 this is the case where Philadelphia cops smashed out a car window, beat the kid’s mother, grabbed the kid, then went wild promoting it as their finding & saving a child lost in the midst of a riot.
A judge dismissed all charges Friday against a former city police officer accused of participating in the beating of a 28-year-old mother during civil unrest in October 2020.
Prosecutors immediately vowed to re-file the case and bring it back to court.
