usually when your body makes you fe like that you need to keep eating, really you’re dehydrated, and lacking proper nutrients in your diet! I learned that the hard way, once you start adding in nutrition ( don’t cut your portion size all at once), and drinking more water (1)

3-6-9 METHOD:
You write what you want 3 times (ex. I am 5’9 x3). Then 6 times be more descriptive (ex. I tower over everyone because I am 5’9) and then 9 times be appreciative (ex. I am so blessed and grateful that I am 5’9). Everyone does it differently but I do it for 21 days

my mom would yell at me and tell me how dumb is it to have a disorder, and to “just eat” she would also make a lot of skinny jokes and food related jokes. She would most definitely be on my case 24:7- but no she wouldn’t send me anywhere
