PIP is notoriously difficult to claim. Many of our claims for rough sleepers have been initially rejected and we are currently taking a case to a Tribunal for a client who is diagnosed with both bipolar and complex PTSD.

is, so let's clarify. Also called a "Personalised Budget", it's a sum of money allocated to a homeless client to spend on any items, in order to achieve a set of goals agreed in their action plan such as improving self-esteem.
