“The Prevailing Issues of Drug Abuse and Counter-Terrorism Act,” Hon. Osman Timbo, elucidated on the Counter-Terrorism bill, which the Bio-led government wants to pass into law. He referred to such an act as draconian & a potential threat to political parties, media, & citizens.
