Fab protest on Swansea Road against Farage. In awe of those who lay down to stop cars and block the road. Plenty of support from passing Merthyr folk. Only violence came from one brave Brexit lad who had a pop at a couple of peaceful women protesters. Proud of Merthyr tonight.

The next fanzine is dedicated to Neil the Gate. Neil is the godfather of Dial M For Merthyr as it was him that allowed 3 lads into the Law Courts overnight to photocopy the first issue while Neil stood on guard. What a bloke!! Loved our chats in the bookies too, always a laugh!
This week we sadly lost, Neil Morris. Neil was a lifelong fan, and also worked on the gate at the ground for a number of years. Neil was a familiar and friendly face to many who will be sadly missed.
♥️ Our thoughts are with Neil’s family at this very difficult time.
