Shout out to Mr. Sabiston @BerkshireElem for allowing me to join his 12 min. walk/run activity! Ss tracked their laps w/ popsicle sticks and tallied them up back in the gym. Great connection to Aerobic Capacity!

This is a great read with actionable information. Children need opportunities to assess physical risk! This is why tumbling, gymnastics, parkour, and movement education equipment have always been my favorite units to teach.
