@TyRiddick Totally agree with everything in the blog. I learned early on that what is meaningful to me, or “meaningful” because it is a standard, does not mean it is automatically meaningful for my Ss. Reflection and student voice is essential since it may be different for each person.

@lporterPE Last year I lined students up on opposite sides of the play space from a partner. Set up cones about 8-10 feet in front of both endlines. Throw from your endline and work with your side to knock down all cones on opposite side. No defense. Make sense?

@RM_SHES_PE Sometimes kids with split custody leave shoes at the other parent’s house. I don’t want to punish them. I don’t mean any disrespect, just sharing my rationale for why I choose to do things differently.
