Some subjects only get to that stage after working with a tist consistently. When it clicks, it signals a certain degree of trust and rapport -- that they feel so safe that they know there's nothing to be scared of anymore.

From what I understand, the native app and mobile support the .mov QuickTime container. But you need it to be actually in the MPEG-4 container format, which ffmpeg can do. (ffmpeg -i -c copy -movflags +faststart output.mp4)

This should be easier - even without HandBrake or ffmpeg, you can try using QuickTime -> File menu -> Export As -> [pick resolution] -> Greater Compatibility (H.264)
