@OurTownReno @ClarkCountySch schools have paid muralists like this a lot! I’m basically told since they can’t make necessary upgrades or repairs to their building, they make it look pretty.

COSA helped us balance enrollment at over crowded schools. I never thought it was the long term solution, we should go back to the variances and leave it up to principals. I dislike advocating for more transportation to something when SpEd buses are rarely reliable and we still force impoverished communities to bus passes for HS. Super agree on a better mechanism to ditch a terrible superintendent.

I saw it too. It’s extremely frustrating bc I’m currently awaiting the number of ES teachers that are going to be surplused bc our budgets can’t cover their salaries anymore but CCSD is going to throw money at “more” teachers in a different way that they can bypass the CBA. I’d like to think @cceanv would be more upset than I.

@LasVegasLocally Public pools at the resorts are absolutely disgusting toilets. Especially the adult pools. Wasn’t there a few news stories about this?
