1-Salt. I used to get dizzy and weak after a 24 hour fast until I started sucking on salt. I suck on salt before I sleep, when I wake up, and through the day. It mildly stops the hunger, but it does wonders when it comes to giving you energy.

4-This one is more of a don't. Don't chew on gum! It might keep your mouth busy for a while but it increases your hunger levels.

10-If you're not familiar with fasting, don't try to go for a big number. When I first started fasting, I started with 24h, and slowly started increasing the time. And now I can fast for 72h with no hunger symptoms.

9-About zero drinks. These aren't always good tbh. If you're fasting for 24-48 hours you can drink them, but if for longer. They will increase your appetite and make you hungry.
