if ur making ur own food, make it as plain and boring as possible. don’t season your meat/food, eat your veggies raw, etc. making eating boring and a chore by eating without music, YouTube, or any distractions helps me too :))

she’s 11 years old. I suggest giving her a talk and advise her to not show such content to someone much younger and impressionable than herself. physical violence is not the answer and will make matters worse.

it makes me think about this girl who was overweight but had all the ana symptoms and then one day her heart stopped all bc ppl thought she wasn’t thin enough to be worried about :(

- be nice to the nurses and other patients
- attend and enthusiastically participate in group sessions

I have an irl like this except they just have candy bars and energy drinks instead of proper meals AND I HATE THEM cuz they’re so skinny/nsrs
me when i take my meds, vitamins, sleep well, eat better, do my skincare consistently, do regular light-moderate exercise and it actually makes me feel better and energetic instead of a zombie

I think this means changing what you eat entirely cuz if you stop counting cals and go back to eating what you normally would then ofc you’ll gain it all back and you’ll repeat the cycle. You have to eat the right food and weight loss becomes effortless
