The Department of Education is critical in regard to Title I, supporting students with #disabilities.
The Department of Education must protect all students. That’s the job. Any Education Secretary who would use the office to undermine civil rights protections and deny equal opportunity is unfit for the job. Senators must vote no on Linda McMahon’s confirmation.
